A game for Jeopardy! fans
If you shout answers at Jeopardy!, try a quiz where a deep answer is worth more than a fast one.
What Jeopardy! is
Jeopardy! is the long-running American quiz show where clues hide behind dollar values on a board of six categories, and contestants must phrase every response as a question. It rewards wide knowledge and a quick buzzer finger.
What Jeopardy! fans will like in Icillion
- Wide knowledge pays: geography, history, science, culture, screen and words, the spread of a Jeopardy! board.
- Prompts for people who know a lot: Chinese dynasties, laws of physics, straits, Shakespeare’s characters.
- A round a day you can finish in three minutes, like one board.
Where they differ
Jeopardy! has one right response per clue and pays for speed. Icillion prompts have dozens or hundreds of right answers and pay for depth: the more obscure your correct answer, the more it scores. And you never have to phrase it as a question.

- Is there a free game like Jeopardy! online?
- Icillion is free and daily, with a different format: open prompts where rare answers score more. It is not connected to Jeopardy!.
- How hard are the hard prompts?
- Hard enough that most players know a few answers and almost nobody knows the bottom of the list, from Holy Roman emperors to organic chemistry.
- Can I play against friends?
- Yes, in Seal Circle: two to twelve players with a room code, taking turns.
If you like other quiz games
- Games like Trivial Pursuit: Six categories and a wedge for each. Icillion covers them all in one daily round.
- Games like Sporcle: Name as many as you can. Every Icillion prompt has a full A–Z list to study.
- Games like Pointless: The right answer nobody else gave wins. The idea Icillion is built on.
All of them on one page: trivia games like the ones you love. Jeopardy! is a trademark of its owners; Icillion is not connected to it.
