Icillion Play today’s iceberg

How to play

How to play Icillion

Seven prompts, twenty seconds each, one answer per prompt. The rarer your answer, the deeper your submarine dives.

The rules

  1. Every day there is a new iceberg of 7 prompts, such as “Name a fruit”. Everyone gets the same ones, and a new iceberg starts at midnight UTC.
  2. Type one answer that fits. You have 20 seconds. A wrong guess costs 2 seconds, so keep trying.
  3. Every accepted answer has a level. Common answers give a small descent; rare answers take you much further.
  4. Each prompt has one legendary answer worth 100 points. Seven legendary answers take you all the way to the sea floor.

The five levels

LevelWhat it meansPoints
The TipEveryone says this one. It floats right on top.10

The dive

Your score becomes depth. The best possible round, 700 points, takes the submarine down 10,935 metres to Challenger Deep. On the way you pass these zones:

Frozen fossils, a rubber duck, a woolly mammoth and stranger things are trapped in the ice along the way. Click them.
