A small daily game about the answers nobody else thinks of.
The idea
Iceberg charts are everywhere online: a topic drawn as an iceberg, with the facts everybody knows on the tip and the obscure ones sinking into the dark. Icillion turns that chart into a game. You don’t win by being right, because almost everything is right. You win by being rare.
What’s inside
302 prompts across 9 topics, with 22,545 accepted answers sorted into five levels. Geography (63), Nature (39), Food (37), Science (31), Computer Science (34), Chemistry (27), History (21), Culture (30), Screen (20).
Every answer you give sends a little submarine down past penguins, frozen fossils and deep-sea creatures, all drawn in pixel art and animated in the browser. A perfect round reaches 10,935 metres, the bottom of the Mariana Trench.
Privacy
The game runs entirely in your browser. Your stats and streaks are saved only on your device.
How deep does your knowledge go?
Seven prompts a day, twenty seconds each. Obvious answers float on the tip of the iceberg; rare ones sink all the way to the trench.
